For the 6th consecutive year, Brett Hill Companies earned their spot among 70 other companies as one of Hawaii’s Best Places to Work, the local gold standard for employee engagement.
The primary elements that measured the success of the workplace were determined by two key elements: a confidential survey of their employees and an extensive questionnaire on company benefits and policies. The survey results show that Brett Hill Companies’ employees are highly engaged. At the same time the firm encourages professional growth and development, resulting in a positive company culture among their employees.
